Print a test page on plain paper first. Use 200 to 250 gsm card for cards that stand up well.

For accurate sizes: in the print dialog choose paper A4, scale 100% (or “Actual size”), and margins None. Cut along the outlines, then fold each card along the dotted line.

How to make table place cards

  1. Paste your guest list or upload a CSV or Excel file.
  2. Choose a design and a card size: folded tent card or flat card.
  3. Check the preview. Fold lines are shown so cards stand up neatly.
  4. Print on A4 card stock, cut along the lines and fold.

Frequently asked questions

Do the cards fold into a tent?

Yes. Tent cards print the name on both sides so it can be read from either side of the table.

Can I make flat cards instead?

Yes. Choose the flat card size.

What paper should I use?
